Who we are
bernardo.pet was born from a simple frustration: finding a good vet, dog walker or daycare still depends on group chats and loose recommendations. We bring together verified professionals, with visible starting prices and reviews from real pet parents, so choosing feels calm.
Our principles
Open search, no walls
Nobody needs an account to search, compare prices and read reviews. An account is only needed to book.
Approval made by people
Every professional and partner goes through a document check and a manual review before appearing publicly.
Neighborhood by neighborhood
We favor those who serve near you — good care is the kind that fits the routine of the pet and its family.
On the side of those who care
Professionals get profile, schedule and payments in one place, with no hidden fees.
How we approve a sign-up
No professional or partner appears on the platform without going through these steps.
Step 1 · Document and identity checked
Every sign-up goes through a document check before appearing on the platform.
Step 2 · Experience checked by the team
We check professional registration, time in the field and declared services.
Step 3 · Manual review before publishing
No profile goes live automatically. Approval is made by people.
Step 4 · Open channel for reports
Any pet parent can report a service; profiles with problems leave the platform.
