Who operates Bernardo.pet

What the platform does
Bernardo.pet is a directory and scheduling marketplace that connects pet tutors with professionals and partners offering animal care services. The service itself is provided by the chosen professional or partner; Bernardo.pet is not a party to the service and is not responsible for how it is performed.
Your obligations
When using the platform, you agree to provide truthful and up-to-date information, to use Bernardo.pet only for lawful purposes, and not to harm other users, professionals, partners, or the operation of the platform.
Booking without an account
You can start a booking with a professional without creating an account. When you do, the chosen time slot is held for a limited time, shown during the booking; if the process is not completed within that time, the slot is released. No account is created automatically, and the personal data you provide is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
Legal bases for processing
We process personal data on the bases set out in Article 7 of the LGPD: to carry out the booking you request and the steps leading up to it (performance of a contract), to keep the platform secure and running (legitimate interest), and, where applicable, with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Your rights as a data subject
You have the rights set out in Article 18 of the LGPD, such as confirming whether we process your data, accessing it, correcting it, requesting anonymization or deletion, and withdrawing consent. The Privacy Policy explains how to exercise these rights and which channel to use.
Data retention

Limits of liability

Nothing in these terms removes rights the law grants you, including those under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

We may update these terms. Each change creates a new version, identified by the date at the top of this page, and the current version applies from that date.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
